Has anyone lost a toenail from having wait loss

Hi!! I haven't lost a nail but I have noticed that my nails are a little brittle and dry since I had my sleeve gastrectomy.

I didn't lose any, but I have an awful problem with having ingrown toenails, which I never had pre-surgery.

7 mo out just look down my hole toe nail just comes off does'nt hurt don't know why don't have any thing going on

Someone in my support group had problems with that and the blood test showed she wasn't getting the right amount of Vitamins. She was a bypass patient though so not sure if its the same for the sleeve.

I'm pre-op, and at times when I've been running regularly, I've always had a toenail on each foot that comes off. It's bc of how my feet are shaped and my shoes fit. It's painless but always happens. Are you more active now?
