Doing really good here! Have trouble some days getting in liquids and then others its a breeze! Only complication is Constipation ugh! But recovery has been fairly easy! Good luck to you! It's an amazing journey and is mental challenging at times but I wouldn't take it back for a minute!

It was he told me to lose the weight but I didn't I thought he would still go through with the surgery but he said it's not safe so I gotta lose the weight I made my bed now I have to lay in it

I'm really sorry. I am sure that is very frustrating. You got this! You can and WILL do it! Low carb is what did it for me and my pre op diet seems to be quite effective too.

I have found that GNC AMP Protein is not THAT bad. The Cookies and cream mixed with Water is actually pretty good. It mixes smooth and doesn't have a bad after taste. Good thing about GNC.. if you don't like it... take it back and they will refund you <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
