zenandnow 514 Posted June 24, 2013 Finally broke my first stall AND lost the one pound that was holding me back from my first goal! Sleeved May 16 & as of today down 25 lbs!! Next goal: lose the next 15 which will put me under 200 for the first time in 15 years!!! The 25 is from pre- and post-op diet, so I'm losing slower than my surgeon would like (I'm about 9 lbs behind where he wants me to be). He & my Nut are not very encouraging, so I'm hoping I can get some support here or on My Fitness Pal to keep me going! 3 Susie in Lima, Cheer Mama and Ms skinniness reacted to this

Susie in Lima 320 Posted June 24, 2013 Congratulations!! Setting goals have been a great thing for me. A great motivator, a great way to have set times to Celebrate and a way for me to measure my progress! I love it when I hit a goal and sometimes when I am so close to a goal it will drive me crazy but when I in fact hit that goal or surpass it, I am over the moon! Keep up the great work!!!!!
