rebecca_dsu 241 Posted June 23, 2013 Well, it's hard to tell you what to change, when we don't know what you are doing. Are you tracking every bite and beverage to make sure you are staying within your calorie range your doc told you to be in, and staying low carb? Are you working out atleast 4 times a week? If so, change up your workout routine. If you usually walk, do the eliptical. If you usually do spin class, do something like zumba instead. As for Water, it's very important...so put something in it and see if that help. Cucumber slices or crystal light, or even just a splash of cranberry juice. Sometimes that really helps to keep you from feeling nauseous. Good luck!! 1 Webchickadee reacted to this
lschrimsher 9 Posted June 23, 2013 I was on a stall for several months and decided to change things up...so I went to Weight Watchers and in 3 weeks I have now lost over 5 lbs! Sometimes you just need a change!
