Cheer Mama 166 Posted June 23, 2013 Gas x strips or chewables....... I'm 2+ weeks out and still use them for tummy gas.
Heather LorRyn 1 Posted June 23, 2013 Gax X strips worked for me almost instantly I was burping and well... you know. It took a good 2 days to get out a majority of the gas. Walking helps to an extent, but not more than the strips in my opinion. My doc also suggested switching from lactaid milk for my shakes to soy or almond milk, that helped. Sometimes even skim milk, eggs or other foods on the stage 3 food list can cause gas. You gotta find what works for you
icqgiggles 4 Posted June 23, 2013 I'm six days out - first thing I did when I got home was take some gas-X - wonderful product! 1 Heather LorRyn reacted to this
ChristineR 128 Posted June 23, 2013 Took me over 2 weeks. I did peppermint tea, heating pads and gas X. Nothing worked. My body just had to reabsorb it. Edit: It looks like it worked for others, though, so always worth a try!
