The past 3 months I have not been following my diet so this is extremely hard on me!!!!!!! lovexciaral 38 Posted June 27, 2013 I'm not doing too badly on the pre-op diet today. I called my NUT and found out I can have yogurt and chicken broth. Thank Goodness because I was DYING! I have been trying but have not found one that I can tolerate. I like the chocolate body fortress powder from Walmart. I mix it in the blender with 1/2 cup of skim milk and some eater and ice chips.
