Has anybody else had weird craving? I have been craving tea, I can't get enough of it. I have never liked tea..

I am seven weeks Monday and have been craving pizza for weeks. Not enough to try it though lol! Just looking at all that grease when my kids eat it makes me nauseous.

I've been craving olives. There's a jar in my refrigerator and every time I open the door I want one! It's crazy. I haven't had one though because I'm still on pureed foods.

At my third or fourth week post-op, I walked past a banana. And had a craving thrown on me! I had to have that banana. I had no idea I wanted one so bad till I walked past it!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
