Hi! I'm looking for sleeve buddies. I started my 10 day liquid diet today. July 1st is coming quickly, yet not fast enough. Getting nervous.

Yes I am required To be on a liquid diet. I did well the first three days but I started feeling really weak and got diarrhea on day four. The nutritionists had me add in some lean Protein in to the diet as well as a probiotic to help with the diarrhea. She wants me to do this only for the weekend and then to give her a call Monday morning to see if I am feeling better. I hope that I can go back on liquid Monday because I know how important the liquid diet is.

I wish I had a better news story for the liquid diet. How is it going for you?

I am July 1st also, having my surgery in Springfield MO. I am on day 6 of my pre-op liquid diet and doing pretty good. Lost 7 lbs. so far good luck on your journey !!!
