Goodness I wonder what the delay is? I'd call....no I'd go to the Doc's office to question why they're being lax with sending your info. Sometimes we've gotta be proactive. But I tried this today and IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM: "Hey Ms. Laney, I'm not seeing that your fax came through, but I've been having lots of issues today with orders coming through anyway. You mind if I just hold while you fax it so I can make sure I get it?" I got the fax (5 years of past weigh-ins from PCP) and sent it over to surgeons office.
