JerseyGirl68 1,172 Posted June 19, 2013 tuna, chicken salad cut very small or mashed up. Meatloaf, chili. Unjury chicken Soup is a good source of Protein. Do you not like the Protein Shakes or having trouble swallowing them? Give your body time to adjust, I lost a chunk the first and second week and nothing for another two weeks. It will happen. Lia M 46 Posted June 19, 2013 You are about three weeks out, depending on what your doctor suggests, I was on puree type food then. So, refried Beans were a nice go to for me. Cottage cheese has a ton of Protein. Or try getting protein power unflavored. It all has somewhat of a flavor, but I put some in everything. Soups, coffee , Cream of Wheat.
