Sleeve Goddess 75 Posted June 19, 2013 Breaking a bad habit is really hard. In order to be successful with a new stomach we all must break old habit. I have been a grazer my whole life. I can remember as a kid how I was forced to sit at the dinner table for hours until I finished all my food. The rules of the sleeve limits you to three meals a day which has been painful for me. While at work I'm fine but at home has been more challenging. Ive started blending crystal light and ice in a blending and eating with a spoon to satisfy my need to graze. What habit has been the hardest for you to break and how did you cope with making the change?
Rox 200 Posted June 19, 2013 Am trying to quit smoking for my surgery and for my overall health. I have found that the e-cigarette has been really helpful. It has less nicotine than the patch or the gum, and I can transition from the low nicotine to no nicotine at 10 days out (3 more days) - I thought that this would be the hardest thing I will ever do - but I think the sleeve will be harder
