sguer56 12 Posted August 20, 2013 Is anyone else having joint or bone pain in the places (on their body) that they ateosing weight? Perhaps the weight is distributed differently and causing pain? I carry most of my weight in the hips, butt, and thighs... Having pain in my joints where my thighs are connected to my pelvis. First in thr front, now in the back too. alene 74 Posted August 23, 2013 No pain here. But I have been taking in between 700-800 calories and tracking everything I eat. I've been at a stall for a month and a half now, and been super frustrated and mad. So yesterday I ate some very high calorie food(felt guilty) but it was soooo good. and what do you know? luvladyj 23 Posted August 23, 2013 I too track cals on mfp and broke my stall with a 6 lbs lost. scale is now stuck again for the past few days, im hoping its not another stall. I had a couple guilty plesures on the 19th(my bday) and I have not walked or worked out this wk as I was before. So if it is a stall I can only blame myself! I jus havnt been in the mood to workout but I hope I can get back on track real soon. Hows everyone else with working out is it still just walking for some? Sometimes id play my wii active game... I dont know what happened I lost my mojo lol. I haven't had the urge to go to thr gym yet either but eventually ill work my way up to that. ...I hope!
