Now looking back I wish I could have stayed another day. I had a horrible night, just couldn't sleep at all. Just a little nauseous, but trying to get my Isopure down and walking around like a loon. I read the first three days are the worst, so hears to sunny dayd beginning Friday. Let's keep the faith and be strong. 1 newlife27 reacted to this

I had surgery June 11 and I am doing so much better. Occasionally I get a little nauseous, but it doesn't last too long. I'm down 34 pounds and am beginning to feel so good about myself. Just remember to get up and walk around. Try foods little at a time until you can tolerate them. My doc wants me up walking a mile a day already... That's really hard to do but I break it up throughout the day. About 3-4 times go out and walk but just do 5 min increments at first, then move up to 10 and so on. You are so right... Sunny days are so so close!!! 1 Jennyzee reacted to this
