my sugars are stil elevated! I think I am experiencing liver dump syndrome.

Also, I am highly insulin resistant. I am on 2 Protein Shakes a day and one sensible meal. I guess this diet is to help shrink the liver as well. I did have some cucumbers with lemon to be able to have something to crunch on. Im so hungry!

My sugar is over 200 in the am and stays that way over the course of the day!

I feel like crap!

I am drinking 40 to 60 ounces of water!

My surgery is 6/26 next wednesday! Yikes!
