I have been saying the same thing about starting over and what did I do last night, ate Cookies the entire small box. So far today I have done well so I will just take it one hour at a time. We can do this!!

About 5lbs Here. I Went Back To Everything I Did Prior To Having Lap Band. Rather Ashamed Of Myself And Having A Hard Time Getting Back On Track. I Feel Like Every Day I Am Saying I Will Start Tomorrow And Once Tomorrow Is Gone I Say I Will Start Monday. Bad Habits Are Hard To Break.

cripes....I'm up one pound, was so afraid to get on the scale...I'm right back on track now and hoping to shed that one and more in the next week. It must have been the curried cashews at the Four Seasons in Toronto, I couldn't leave them alone.

It seems most of you faired better than myself. I am ashamed to say that I've gained a solid 9 pounds in the past month. But...a new year means a new chance to right my wrongs. You are definately not alone!!

I do not get weighed until tomorrow, but I am sure that I have gained.

I haven't weighed myself for 2 weeks and I KNOW it will be bad news. I even tried to get in for a fill today but it is snowing here again. Did I mention I was trapped in my home for 3 days because of a blizzard...and it is snowing AGAIN!
