Sleeved 5/29. Still doing 11oz of Protein Shakes a day..premiere Protein. I eat very softly scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, puréed Soup, and Greek yogurt. Tried refried Beans very well puréed and it didn't sit well at all. Down 23lbs including pre op diet weight loss. Slow and steady!

i wanted to try seafood but im scared of how it might go down . so far ive been able to eat fish n chicken

I was sleeved May 23 and had grilled shrimp and some muscles this past weekend. They went down really easy :)
