jtower97 28 Posted June 24, 2013 Sleeved 5/29. Still doing 11oz of Protein Shakes a day..premiere Protein. I eat very softly scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, puréed Soup, and Greek yogurt. Tried refried Beans very well puréed and it didn't sit well at all. Down 23lbs including pre op diet weight loss. Slow and steady! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tinahall 27 Posted June 24, 2013 i wanted to try seafood but im scared of how it might go down . so far ive been able to eat fish n chicken I was sleeved May 23 and had grilled shrimp and some muscles this past weekend.
