I use it in my Protein balls and in a recipe called "sugar free Sheila's pancakes"

I use it very sparingly, but may make the Protein balls today.

I use it in making Protein mini muffins and protein ice cream. I got the recipes from The World According to Eggface, there's lots of recipes there.

Add to unflavored Greek yogurt for a change of pace (when you're tired of vanilla, Torani has Hazelnut or Caramel, or Watermelon, or Mango, or...)

I just bought a Ninja blender, which can shred ice cubes down to shavings, like a Sno-Cone. I think a cupful of "snow" with a little flavored Syrup would make a yummy treat--and a good way to get your fluids if you're recently post-op and struggling.

I just run it without pulsing--on "crush" rather than "blend". It does a really good job; one of the things I've learned already is that if you add a little bit of Water to the ice before you crush it, you get a wetter mixture, more like a classic Sno-Cone. Crushing the ice alone makes a very powdery, snow-like ice, which can be good, too; it's just a matter of which texture you prefer.

I found another use!

If you run out of Mio or Dasani Flavor drops, and your sleeve isn't doing well with plain Water, the flavor syrups work great! I just made coconut flavored spring water, and it's really delicious and refreshing.

I think Walmart may carry a limited selection (just make sure you get the sugar free kinds)--and you can order them online too.

I bought mine at world market for 6.95 each. I got the pumps on Amazon five for $3. I really reccomend the pumps bc it makes it easy to just get a small amount.

My dad has taken to using the peach sugar free in his cottage cheese. I like to jazz up shakes, coffee drinks & yougurts with them.

I got salted caramel, hazelnut , chocolate & peach.

allons-y

They are usually less expensive at restaurant supply stores if you have any nearby, and there's generally a larger selection. Here in western Washington I go to Cash & Carry.

Yup, I had my surgery on Tuesday. I'm feeling pretty decent, all things considered! No complications at this point, and I've been able to get in around 60 oz. of Fluid since day 1. I'm starting full liquids as of this evening, and so far the blended and strained cream of mushroom Soup with a scoop of unflavored Protein is staying where it's supposed to.

I still have a fair amount of shoulder pain, and my abdomen feels like I did about 500 crunches, but no nausea or cramps to report, thank goodness!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
