robinagogo88 12 Posted June 18, 2013 I'm 5 months post op and haven been the same size for about 3 months now. I have been under and overwhelming amount of stress that doesn't seem to end (husband lost his job, my father-in-law who I was very close to passed away, my office moved and I was in charge of 90% of the work). I'm so depressed. I wonder why I did this to myself. No, I'm not eating as well as I should be. I'm not writing stuff down. Maybe I should do the 5 day pouch test? Anyone else going through weight loss hell too?
Bigepc 84 Posted June 18, 2013 How much have you lost to date. I'm 5 month out as well and I have slowed down on the weight loss as well. As we get closer to goal weight it will get harder that's for sure. So far I'm down 130lbs and most of it in the first 3 months. I'm 35lbs from goal and if I didn't loss another pound I would be happy with where I'm at. If your not eating right don't blame the surgery. As everyone has said, including the Drs, this a tool not magic. We still have to work hard to get to where we want to be. Good luck and I hope your stall ends soon. Wrinkle 37 Posted June 18, 2013 3 Month Stall here. And to compound the nuisance, my hair has started to fall out-- after I wash my hair it looks like I'm pulling out a "mouse" out of the drain. So right now, not too proud. BUT still-I feel better in my clothes and I pray my hair will come back in. I figure-or hope-that everything will get back to a semblance of normality. Hope you get your weight loss kick-started again!
