KarissaKhaos 170 Posted June 17, 2013 The first few months were really tough. My body hated everything I ate so I was basically consuming nothing but liquids. I had am esophageal dilation in December and I've been great ever since. The only thing I can't tolerate is french fries, they pain me so bad I cry. I also can't eat a lot of bread. I've been at this weight for a little over a month. I'd like to lose more but I'm lacking the focus I need right now. I eat a lot of Protein and salad, I enjoy junk every now and then but not like I used to. Excessive amounts of sugar make me sick to no end. 1 christymrod reacted to this

christymrod 10 Posted June 17, 2013 Thanks for the response!! I've been feeling a little discouraged. I have an urge to feel normal. My husbands deployed right now and It often makes me sad to think that I might not be able to enjoy dinner with him. Down 24 lbs already but I'm just so anxious. LipstickLady 25,682 Posted June 27, 2013 When were you dilated? Was it painful? How many times did you have to go? I am facing the same possibility now and I'm not worried, just a bit concerned about the process.
