DeeLiciousHairStylist 26 Posted June 17, 2013 Ok, I know we are supposed to be eating ONLY protien shakes and sugar free liquids but really my new stomach doesn't seem to like the "sweet" shake options. I eat chicken broth but am bored and want something more substantial. Like cottage cheese or something. I know its only 5 days out but what can I have besides the protien shakes?! Yogurt?! Butterthebean 8,146 Posted June 17, 2013 Do you have a list from your doc or nut? My list allowed for grits and cream of wheat as soon as I went on full liquids. Those friggin grits were fantastic. Im finding myself feeling pretty trapped & frustrated here for the next 3 weeks when I think my body can handle a little yogurt or something... idk. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
