surgery 3 months ago- down 45 pounds- before and after attached

surgery was march 5th and everything has been great so far- down from 230 pounds to 185 pounds! I guess I wish it was faster but I am not complaining- just impatient. Feel better than I have in years! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

The slower you lose it the less loose skin you will have. I also wish I would lose it a little quicker but just remember how long it took to get to that big weight
