NewAshes 232 Posted June 16, 2013 The pain. I'm only 20 but I'm starting to get back pain often after doing stuff like walking around the mall for a hour or cleaning house ect. I also noticed when I lift my self up on my left ankle it sounds like something snaps and it feels weird.. I'm just wondering if I have doomed my body even with the weight off
sueBhoney 13 Posted June 16, 2013 can't say it will go away but getting the weight off will help...exercising to rebuild muscle to help stabilize the joints is a must. I have really bad knees...while they are still hurting, the weightloss has helped alot..at least I don't come home from work in tears anymore..lol.
apricot1119 105 Posted June 16, 2013 I think so yes. It is amazing how much taking the weight off helps. I used to get shin splints just from walking. Now I can jog without pain.
cbd 78 Posted June 16, 2013 I am a nurse in a busy hospital and it got to be that my back, feet, ankles and knees would just ache and hurt after a shift. It was amazing how great I felt after the first 25-30 came off....it's wonderful!
