why am i so hungry

I am post op 1 week 2 days. And I feel so hungry its driving me crazy.

Me too! I'm 2 weekend and I've had 1/4 cup or less of cottage cheese. Fills me up so my new tummy quits rumbling!

I've had about a 1/4 cup of mash potatoes twice today.. I feel like no can't get enough liquids in but when I do drink it doesn't fill me

I had surgery on 6-7 & I have been so hungry up until today! I had a little over 1/2 a Premier Protein shake & that seemed to help!? A lot of people say it's not hunger & maybe stomach acid? I take 2 Prilosecs a day...

My surg was Monday 6/10. I'm starving too, when I go to eat something even as Jello or Greek yogurt - I get about five bites and done!!!!

Molly! I'm having an acid issue... My Prilosec says only take 1 per day but I need more. Today was my first day to take 2. Makes me feel better to see you have the same issue! Good luck sleeve sister.

I take 2 Prilosec a day (dr said double up on dose) and first thing in the morning. I've heard the same too about the stomach noises being from acid.
