And even if you don't "feel" full in the beginning it's really important to measure and stay there because the stomach doesn't always have full sensation back by that time. Today I measured out 4oz of chicken and ate 3 1/2 oz before I got really full I still get full on a shake or a Fage Greek yogurt You need to know it also depends on the food.< /p> The above things I mentioned are Protein. But if I were to eat processed or junk type foods like chips or Cookies watch out! So I try to stay away from those things. Last week was my birthday and I ate a piece of apple pie no problem....
