Paamie 15 Posted June 14, 2013 I was speaking with my aunt who is a nurse. She told me to stick my tongue on a tiny bit ginger powder to take away the nausea. I tried it and the urge to vomit disappeared. I hope this helps. 4 brandnew, Ms skinniness, HatheryOnHerWay and 1 other reacted to this
JRFuerst 8 Posted June 14, 2013 I've read somewhere that ginger also helps with gas in the stomach and to decrease burping. Not sure if this is true. 1 Ms skinniness reacted to this
Momonanomo 534 Posted June 14, 2013 I drank ginger tea (as best I could) during immediate recovery and it did help. When I was cleared for greek yogurt but couldn't have the kind with fruit in it yet (too chunky), I would mix in splenda and powdered ginger, and it was yummy!
