WhT do you do to be 'rebelellious'?

Sometimes, I don't measure my food. I just throw it in a bowl and let the chips fall where they may. And if I'm feeling really frisky, I'll only chew 22 times, and not the prescribed 25.

I don't eat Protein first... I like all my food mixed together.. so instead of eating my turkey and THEN my avocado... I eat them TOGETHER.

When I'm feeling rebellious, I have 3 goto things.

1) I run through the house with scissors.

2) I cut the tags off pillows.

3) I hold the fridge door open and just stare. Then I take a picture, cause it lasts longer!

Yeah, I know, I'm a filthy animal.

Sometimes I don't refrigerate my salad dressing immediately after opening.

I dont wait the 45 min before and after my meals I wait not 40 but 30 min im so rebelious
