peytonplace 4 Posted July 13, 2013 Some good ideas for me. I have got to get a program to help me keep track of everything on one page. I have not been faithful about that since I have been eating solid foods. I had my surgery on (gastric sleeve) on March 15th and I have lost 95 pounds. Part of that was due to the 6 months of dieting before the surgery. I have got to start a REGULAR exercise program with people that can assist with my ( and most of us) "problem areas. I appreciate the forum and all the help I can get.

DebCat 18 Posted July 21, 2013 Isopure is a liquid (GNC) that has 40g Protein, 160 Cals, and 0 Carbs. I like them better than shakes usually. I'm burned out on both of them right now, but when I'm having difficulty getting protein in, then I will force it down over an hour or two.
mitz 221 Posted July 21, 2013 Well I been getting in most of my Protein through food, besides chicken, Greek yogurt , fish, turkey burgers , I have been eating different types of Beans and keeping my total meal at 4oz.. There are times that I fall short so I do drink a Protein Shake Ensure which I don't like but will drink it, then I have whey Protein Drink mix that's not to bad.. But I try to make my meals count with protein, I do mix things up so I don't get burnt out on it, but so far so good.
