Not only am I a slow loser but I most days only get the three meals in. My nutritionist is more or less unexperienced with the sleeve because I was one of the few first at a place they normally did lapband. Wish I didn't feel so disappointed in myself.

Are you getting enough Protein and enough liquids? Have you been reading posts here? Minimum 60 -80 grams protein and 64 oz liquid a day. When were you sleeved? Ask questions here and others will be glad to answer.
