I had the sleeve on Monday. My intake consist of a mixture of Water and crystal light accounting for 40oz of liquid. I also have about two table spoons of Jello, Popsicle and about 10 sips of beef broth. I am totally full with that. Should I be getting more in?

I had my surgery on a Monday and on the first Thursday all I could handle was some chicken broth, G2 lemonade and about 2 oz of Protein shake. The next day I finished the shake and had 1 oz of ricotta cheese as well as G2 and a little chicken broth in the morning. It gets a little better each day.

Dont expect much in the first two weeks. Work on getting some Protein and fluids.

Yes Protein don't forget the protein, it is so important. I'm three months out. When i was first sleeved I would have Protein Drink, then Water, protein drink then water. When I got bored and had to have something else I would eat popsicles which were so good. But definitely drink all protein required by your doctor. But remember if you don't get enough water you may get constipated so drink the water. Good luck you can do this!
