Apples, oranges...fresh fruit

when I'm traveling and really have no choice but to go through a drive thru- I always hit mcdonalds and get those fruite and walnut w/ low fat yogurt Snacks that are pre packaged. They are apple slices with the peel and grapes with skin with a little low fat yogurt and a few walnuts. I cannot even eat one french fry without it getting stuck (thank god that was always my downfall) but I can eat this fruit no problem as long as I chew well. Plus it is only 210 calories which is better than every other choice at mickey d's that's for sure.

I haven't tried apple peel, but applesauce hurts me like crazy. So do bananas. Foodstampchamp - I get the "fruit n' yogurt parfait" at McD's, on the rare occasion that I go there. It's self-contained and goes down easy, and is made with low-fat yogurt.
