k8ee 131 Posted June 16, 2013 First of all you look amazing! I hope I'm as successful as you at 2 1/2 months post op!! I read an article on here about stalls and how to kick start it again. Below is just a short list of what I read: 1. Changing your exercise routine 2. Increasing Protein 3. Go back to the liquid phase for a week 4. This one is the strangest....have a day of junk food! Apparently by doing this your body is shocked and it starts again. I personally haven't tried any of the above yet so let me know how it goes for you!
