Liquid diet

Hi I'm on my 4 th day of liquids and still haven't lost anything have not cheated is this normal ?

Hi. I am new to this forum but I am in the same boat. And I am starving!!! I feel like I could eat my arm. :-) A friend of mine told me that I should see a drop on the 4th or 5th day so don't give up!

The same thing happened to me. I only had to do a liquid diet for 5 days (yogurt was okay) and I FINALLY lost 3 pounds on the 3rd day. Tomorrow is my surgery date!

The first 2 days the worst but I'm on day 4 and its better I'm able to have veggies so that helps hang in there

It will happen just hang in there! Have you tried Premier Protein shakes? They are the best they have 30g of Protein and are delicious! You can get them at Sam's, costco, Walgreens and Kroger. They saved me over and over I felt more satisfied with them.
