I had an appointment with my internist today. He was VERY supportive of me having the sleeve procedure. He listed all the ways I would benefit. Don't know why, but it really made it seem real to me that I am going to do this and that I'm definitely doing the right thing. I have all my pre-op appointments scheduled over the next 2 weeks - seems like things are starting to move along very quickly. I have gone from indecision, to trepidation and now all I feel is excited.
