BigDaddyJoe 246 Posted June 13, 2013 I'm at 3 months also, and have been stalled for a week now. I had a 2 week stall a few weeks ago also. They happen, it will end. After my 2 week stall, I started losing almost a lb. a day for almost 2 weeks.
Richard Foor 655 Posted June 13, 2013 Stalls happen, but they will go away and usually after a stall you will have bigger loses for a while. Also, try keeping track of your measurements because a lot of times during a stall you are still shrinking which is great encouragement to get through the anxiety associated with the stall. The most important thing is to not let yourself get discouraged and give up and it will word out in the long run, remember this is a journey. Good Luck. 1 Jeffie Beck reacted to this
