I'm a month out and I have more cellulite now than before jijiji. My kids say I have old lady skin. Lol I think its because of the rapid weight loss. But everyone is diffrent.

Well there isnsomething I being looking into and is call refining I may do in colombia. Is like a Lipo without any incisions or anything like that is just to remove thos fatty cells that made the skin look like that.

When I was in Japan, the ladies there would reduce the appearance of cellulite by getting a "fat" massage 2-4x a week for 30 minutes. I asked about it and it helps to improve circulation too. While it was expensive in Japan, it seems cheaper if I can get my hubby to do it. :)

Ive been dry brushing (you can google it) for the past 6 months and its supposed to improve blood circulation, regenerate skin cells, etc. There are lots of great benefits to it but one of the benefits is its totally reduced the appearance of cellulite on me. I had pretty bad (cottage cheese looking) cellulite on the backs of my thighs and its hardly noticable now. It really works. Its cheap to do so why not give it a try?

I bought my dry brush at Target for under $10. It comes with a long handle but its removable. I just use the actual brush cause it has a strap that you slip your hand into. You CAN use the long handle I suppose but I brush better without it. You want to make sure to brush everything towards the heart. Except for your tummy region, that gets brushed in a clockwise motion. If you check Pinterest, there are plenty of articles about it.

I think there's some lazer/light therapy you can do to get rid of it

I have thought about this but I would like to hear from someone who has done it.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
