I have not had a bowel movement since my surgery on Monday. Is this normal?

Yes its normal. I didn't have one for almost two weeks. My dr told me if I felt like I needed to take something to help it. But he wasn't worried. Eventually it came on its own.

I had same issue - wasn't much food intake therefore nothing to come out.

But do check with your dr. if you don't have one soon.
