One thing I'd recommend is getting to a stable weight and staying there for a while before having plastic surgery. And, you might want to get a bit below your goal weight, too, because you won't be able to exercise for at least 4 weeks following surgery, and will be swollen/retain Water for several weeks to a couple of months afterwards.

Seriously, if you want plastic surgery, you get plastic surgery. If your sis wants to be jealous, it's her own energy she's wasting!

you go girl! do what makes YOU happy and feel good...what others think does not matter. You will be a better person for it...even if you have to make decisions that are not popular with family/friends...
