Started my 2 week liquid diet today! So far so good, but I did have some caffeine today! I'm going to wean off of it, but giving up food AND caffeine in the same day? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh haha

I'm so glad my doc didn't have me give up caffeine! I was sippin' Diet Coke and coffee right up to the surgery, and had my first cup of coffee again (black, no cream) just a few days post-op. I do have to avoid carbonation for 30 days post-op, but I still get to enjoy my coffee!

Well that gives me hope!! I'll cut it back before surgery, and I'll try to give it up after, but doing both at the same time stinks! Haha
