Liquid Phase

I just started my full liquid phase. Does anyone know if I can have strained Soup on this phase?

I am on full liquids, and yes, I can eat strained soups... but you might want to call your NUT just to make sure that it's okay on your plan.

Ditto! I'm allowed to have creamy Soups as long as anything solid is strained from them. Strained is important - I'm not allowed to just throw it in a blender and eat after the chunks have been broken down...that would be the next (puree) stage.

I just got off the liquid stage about 6 days ago and I was told no creamy Soups because you may font be able to hold it you should do sugar free Jello, popsicle, broth, all drinks like crystal light,diet snappers, Hawaiian punch sugar free packets but you should check your Nut.
