SerendipityHappens 1,594 Posted June 11, 2013 Not everyone can handle foods as quickly as their diet progression allows. I had salad at around 7 weeks and no problem. I chose spring greens, onion, tomatoes and cucumbers and I chopped it all up quite fine... kind of like tabouleh texture. It filled me up FAST but no problems with it. If you try it and have problems though, don't worry, just try it again in a few weeks or months.
ChristineR 128 Posted June 11, 2013 I can't wait to have a lil salad again. I'll be given the salad go ahead at my 4 month visit. If it hurts your stomach I would just avoid it for now. Speaking of salads, what do you put on it to help with Protein? Make it a chopped salad with egg/ham?
