It's allowed on my doctors list as long as any chunks are drained out.

I ate alot of it and mine had some mild cooked veg in it. I didn't drain it out I just chewed the veg to nothing. Good luck

I could have cream Soups on full liquid diet...some egg drop Soup can be prepared fairly thick, so I wouldn't try it until I was on soft foods, but that is just me--my very conservative self

I use Top Ramen Soup (minus the noodles) and add one egg while broth is cooking until egg is fully cooked. I also only use 1/2 the packet of seasoning mix as it can be high in sodium. It's perfect and delicious during the full liquid / soft food stage.

I think that entirely depends on your doctor! Mine would say no...that's a puree and I can't have them until Week 3. For full liquids, though, I can have just about any Soup as long as I've strained anything chunky (like noodles, potatoes, meat, veggies, etc.) out of it. Can't wait to try the Light Loaded Baked Potato soup I bought earlier today...of course, strained :).

on my plan that would be pureed/mushy food as well, so I agree with JoiaRox on that...as for the baked potato Soup, on my plan I can't even have that occasionally until at least six months out because it's a starch...my dietitian's plan disallows corn, potatoes, rice, bread, Pasta, etc. until at least 6 months out and then only occasionally
