I am in need of some good low fat low calorie creamy Soup recipes and some ways to prepare some mushy vegetables. I am on day 3 post op and I need some help in this area. Would you please post your recipes for me!!

I ate mushroom Soup canned from kroger brand. I blended it in the blender. I didnt eat any vegtables in the beginnig only applesauce. Good luck
