They are made out of wheat and brown rice They come in a variety pack (6 different packs) When you order from Amazon they have blueberry, onion, cheddar cheese etc.. They are light and mild of flavor. I like the crunch because I don't really eat bread or crackers so these are good with my hummus, tuna, Peanut Butter, and I've even put a turkey burger on one.
