I'm interested in doing crossfit after my surgery. Has anyone tried this and what were your results? Did you have any complications and how soon did you start after surgery?

Not much, I have a little patch on my lower abdomen but it keeps getting better with time

Honestly not sure, but I know Crossfit has tightened me up
