CCRNonherway 78 Posted June 9, 2013 Is there a rule or guideline on how much unflavored Protein you can put into something without changing the taste or consistency ? Example, I had about a 1/2 cup of yogurt after my dinner. I thought about adding Protein to see how it tastes (I'm pre-op) but I chickened out. skittlejessi 18 Posted June 9, 2013 I have been adding about a half a scoop to things like cream Soups, hummus, mashed potatoes and oatmeal approx 1/4 to 1/2 cup.
