LadyKatie 61 Posted June 7, 2013 My nutrionalist suggested celebrates multi-Vitamin, but I gag, get real flushed, and feel like I'm going to throw up for about 15 minutes after taking it. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good bariatric Multivitamin? Ps. It's a chewable so I'm not sick by the size of the pill.

SuNMooNStaRS816 423 Posted June 7, 2013 Try Bariatric Fusion or Wellesse. And they will send out free samples if you request them.
LadyKatie 61 Posted June 7, 2013 Okay ill see about getting free samples of the fusion thank you! Does a flinstone Vitamin have everything I need?
SerendipityHappens 1,594 Posted June 7, 2013 I take Bariatric Advantage capsules. It is a 6 capsule dose so I take two capsules at each meal.. the capsules are smaller than the acid reducer I was taking so the size wasn't a problem for me. I ordered from Amazon.com and was under $45.00 for a three month supply.
SuNMooNStaRS816 423 Posted June 7, 2013 Okay ill see about getting free samples of the fusion thank you! Does a flinstone Vitamin have everything I need? Some say flint stones with Iron are ok my doc says they are a no no. Not enough of what we need in them.
SuNMooNStaRS816 423 Posted June 7, 2013 Also I didn't say it but Wellesse are liquid and are all fruit flavored. And very reasonable priced. You should check out there website. www.wellesse.com
******** 397 Posted June 8, 2013 Some say flint stones with Iron are ok my doc says they are a no no. Not enough of what we need in them. I was told since we need less Vitamins then kids that is good...I still take Calcium too
SuNMooNStaRS816 423 Posted June 8, 2013 As we see here over and over all docs say something different. But you have to take more Flinstones than is suggested on bottle. At least 2x. And I have seen some docs say 3x. So you have to weigh if taking the kiddie ones are worth it. And make sure you get flintstone complete. The cost after taking double or triple what you give the kids may not be worth it. Centrum complete has chewable if you don't want to swallow or order bariatric Vitamins. But the quality and absorption of our vitamins are very important right along with Protein and Water. For healing, rebounding energy, cellular health, and to inhibit Hair loss. Just make sure you get them no matter what you get some are better than none.
******** 397 Posted June 8, 2013 I was told just one a day of the Flintstones would be good and it tells you on the side how much of each Vitamin is in one ...for example it says 90 percent of children's Iron for the day and 100 percent of the recommended dose of iron for adults. I dont wanna take double that...ill just listen to my dr...he said Vitamins are the opposite of medicine and adults need less
mistysj 1,940 Posted June 8, 2013 I take a prenatal high potency Vitamin called Elevit with iodine. It may only be available in Australia though. The pill is large but about the same size as Nexium and I have no trouble swallowing it.
