mzwetlipgloss 0 Posted June 8, 2013 First' date=' you aren't really starving...most likely you have something called head hunger. This is tough and you really need to stick to the Drs. plan as it will allow you to heal. Second, are you taking a PPI? Gas build up and acid in the stomach area can feel like hunger but it really isn't. Lastly Cheerios are really bad food, so please avoid them if you can. Be patient and keep busy, try walking since you are only a couple of days PO. You will get past this, but it takes a bit of effort on your part. Hang in there.[/quote'] Hi I'm Armani I'm from. Mitchell 3 Posted June 8, 2013 Hi I'm Armani I'm from. I was sleeved June 3. It was a rough until this morning. I wanted to go back to the hospital. Today I am feeling great, I have a sore abdomen but I am up and about, getting my drinks in and taking less pain meds. I walked and walked the last two days to move the gas. Literally I walked circles around my yard with a shake for 30 minutes and that was just once. I did it three times. If your not moving get up and go, it will move the gas, decrease the pain and tire you out so you can sleep good. I didn't even need to take a nap today and was able to sit on a bench and pull some weeds in my garden. Two days ago I felt like you! There is hope, hang in there and don't be scared! You are going to feel back to normal before you know it! I am not there 100% yet but I sure feel better!
Lawrence Washington 124 Posted June 8, 2013 Laura's quote answers the question about the cherios enough for me... Just read it.. "Nothing changes if nothing changes, and if I keep doing what I've always done, I'll keep getting what I've always got, and will keep feeling what I always felt."
