buplee 556 Posted June 8, 2013 I stared wearing them at the suggestion of my wife. It helps to train and keep excess skin where it belongs. I'm fairly new but will report periodically on my results, Sent from my iPad using VST 1 Huntingnurse reacted to this

KristieAtkinson 589 Posted June 8, 2013 I used to sell Under Armour. Its purpose is to wick moisture and compression. The benefit of compression is that it compresses the muscles & restricts blood flow to the muscle covered by the garment. This helps reduce muscle fatigue. I don't know that compression garments help with excess skin other than it holds it all in.

I trained their product for 13 years. But I love it & I'm so glad I can wear it now.

buplee 556 Posted June 8, 2013 The compression gear I am talking about is a male version of Spanx. It is an elastic shirt which fits close to the body. There is also a male version of a girdle. Sent from my iPad using VST
