I was sleeved May 23rd and since then I keep a notepad and pen with me at all times. I tally every ounce of fluid that I have. Anyone else do this? Anyone have any other ways that they keep track? Two things, I have a Water bottle that has the amount of liquid it holds (32oz), I know that I have to drink 3 of those a day.... I also use myfitnesspal to log food and drink. My stalker-nutritionist says no, that Protein drinks should be counted only as Protein, so to keep her off my case I don't count that as Fluid. momofjal 12 Posted June 7, 2013 I have a bottle that has ozs on it. I feel it up and drink it through out the day. It only goes up to 25 ozs so I have to refill it .
