jmonique78 54 Posted June 6, 2013 I've been reading some have horrible reactions to greens. What is it about the greens? What about blending them for green smoothies?
TES 858 Posted June 6, 2013 I started eating iceberg lettuce 4 weeks out and other veggies 6 to 8 weeks out and have had no issues. I actually had a delicious salad for lunch today. I can eat a good bit of salad at 4 months out--about 1 cup. that's because it has a high Water content. You could blend the greens as well.
Pookeyism 1,143 Posted June 6, 2013 I never eat iceberg or pale greens of any kind - but kale and bok choy and spinach I take with ease now, although it tooks several months to do so. Just be very sparing and cautiously repetitive when adding new foods, try adding them one at a time. It really really, super really helps isolate food issues.
